So, how can we help?
I grew up in Sweden but moved back to the beautiful Bay of Plenty 6 years ago. I hold a MSc in Clinical Psychology and have in-depth experience in a wide variety of People and Operational activities. My training has allowed me to specialise in people and behaviour, and I love being able to apply those skills within a business setting.
I have worked in both large scale global HR settings, and smaller owner-operated businesses, where the Director does everything from factory work to accounts, marketing and HR. I understand the pressures that come with running a business, I am right there next to you.
As a person, I am passionate and high-energy, and I thrive in a busy work environment. Out of office I am almost always active either teaching my group fitness classes, hitting the trails with my mountain bike or or refueling with plenty of cinnamon buns!
